MSPA
The MSPA is the representative Trade Association for companies participating in the Mystery Shopping industry. The Association operates on a regional basis worldwide, with Chapters located in North America, Europe, Asia/Pacific and Latin America. Member companies unite as a common body for the purpose of strengthening the mystery shopping industry through combined efforts and actions.
It is the goal of the MSPA to improve and stimulate the acceptance, performance, reputation and use of mystery shopping services worldwide.
FEBELMAR
Febelmar joins research agencies. Febelmar was founded in 1980 on initiative of 6 agencies specialised in market research. Today we join 33 institutes and thereby represent, as the professional association for Belgian market research agencies, about 85 % of the total investments in market research in Belgium.
MOA
The MOA’s aim is to promote, develop and stimulate the quality of survey based and non-survey based information, both nationally and internationally, in the broadest sense of the word. In addition, the association promotes the interests of (virtual) respondents, users, and providers of digital analytics, marketing research and opinion and policy research. The MOA is committed to a membership of qualified researchers working within business, government and agencies. To create knowledge and to share knowledge is at the heart of this mission.
REAL CONSUMERS
Multi-Value does not have just a limited team of professional test persons. After an extensive scan the project manager assigns projects to real consumers from our Genuine Customer Community. Our community grows monthly with about 800 new consumers, and that is how we guarantee a team of Mystery Shoppers and Mystery Callers representative of our society. It is no coincidence that the compensation is low. It ensures us that the evaluations are not motivated by money. You also know that this is the only way to get a versatile and fair idea about customer experience.

FRESHHEADS
