Multi-Value is a company which is specialized in Customer Experience Improvement. Multi-Value offers their customers Mystery shopping, Training, Coaching and Counseling.
Mystery shopping is an observation technique which is used in unannounced visits in retail, Hospitality companies, banks etc. The location can be observed and ‘captured’ on different, predetermined components.
Imagine components like: the look of the store, the customer service and focus and the way that the product or service is being recommended or sold by your staff. The mystery shoppers will measure their Customer Experience.
Multi-Value facilitates a system in which all customer experiences can be charted and reported.
The student gets the chance to get a look behind the scenes of different, major international companies. The student also gathers information about mystery shoppers to map the processes and gets the chance to observe and participate in these internal processes.
As an intern you will be part of the project management team, that is responsible for overall setup, follow up, completion and quality of (international) projects. This includes all the activities which are needed to finish the projects.
  • Perform mystery visits and collect the observation data for our clients
  • You analyze the places where there is a shortage of mystery shoppers and you create a marketing plan to attract more mystery shoppers
  • You check the progress of the projects (is the shopper really going to the right shop on the agreed date?).
  • You guard the deadline for the completion of the results. In some cases you are also asked to do mystery visits.
  • During our communication days you will think of ways to improve different processes (think of methods to find new mystery shoppers, telephone policy, set up procedures to train new shoppers etc.)
  • You will get an internship fee of €250 per month.
What we are looking for in the perfect candidate:
  • You are studying Small Business, Marketing, Economics, International Institute for Hospitality Management or other relevant bachelor educations.
  • You can speak and write fluent Dutch and English
  • You can work independent and are flexible regarding office hours and work location
  • A pro-active attitude is also required, together with communication skills
  • A driver license is an advantage
The duration of your internship must be at least five months and you could start in September 2016 or January/February 2017.
